KnowledgeConnect is pleased to offer a forum specially designed for Human Resource Executives to discover the best ways for their companies to excel. Each member of the forum should be the senior executive responsible for the organization’s human Resource function. They should have responsibility for all policy, budget, and implementation decisions affecting the employees’ best interest. The forum is small and confidential. It will meet quarterly for 2-day impact sessions and monthly in between sessions for one-hour audio conference calls to discuss ways to excel.
