| KnowledgeConnect is pleased to offer a forum specially designed for Facilities Management experts to discover the best ways for their companies to excel. Each member of the team should be the person responsible for their organizations corporate office complex or at least one office campus. They should have responsibility for setting rules and regulations for the campus, budgeting, and implementation decisions. The company should not have outsourced the facilities management function although it may have outsourced selective parts. The company should be globally oriented and ideally moving into a shared services environment.
The forum is small and confidential. It will meet quarterly for 2-day impact sessions and monthly in between sessions for one-hour audio conference calls to discuss ways to excel.
