Ms. Borelli has worked for a decade directly in the field of Best Practices, helping hundreds of companies share practices and gain from the sharing experience by improving their company's performance. While working in this field with senior executives, managers, and directors from world class companies as well as small start-up businesses, Ms. Borelli developed and formulated her own Continuous Excellence Methodology. She started KnowledgeConnect to provide her clients the full benefits of this tried and proven methodology. Prior to founding KnowledgeConnect, Ms. Borelli held various senior management positions at Gartner Group, Otis Elevator, Standard and Poors, and Bear Stearns.

John J. Borelli, Partner, has over 30 years of international business experience. His career has been distinguished by consistent results, leadership and innovation in a variety of successful senior management roles ranging from operating start-ups and small businesses to managing large divisions of major international corporations. Mr. Borelli is an accomplished speaker, writer and consultant in the areas of business, manufacturing and information technology. Prior to his Partner position with KnowledgeConnect, Mr. Borelli held senior management positions with Gartner Group, James River Corp., Union Carbide Corp., and Empire Brush, Inc.
